Pretty very fine necklace

Very cheap products that arrived damaged. Additionally, seller is drop shipper and does not disclose it. Not at all worth it even if you get a discount. I wish I had reached out sooner to report my issues, but I forgot about these cheap necklaces which I stored away after they arrived as they will not be used because I am almost certain they will break apart. Customer support is also snarky.

Firstly, we have it stated on our website that we sell from suppliers all over the world we met on our travels and ensure items are of high quality. We have sold many of these and never had a complaint with these necklaces. You also stated first that the items hadn't arrived. We checked delivery and forwarded the tracking which showed imagery of the items being delivered. You then accepted the items had been delivered but said they weren't in good quality but this was nearly two months after the delivery date. As you can see from our terms and conditions we cannot accept a return after 30 days from the delivery date. We hope you understand. Kind Regards, Megan
