Jade Roller & Gua Sha Scraper

Rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, a jade roller is a hand-held massaging tool that you roll across your face in a back-and-forth motion for a few minutes at a time. Jade rollers aid with de-puffing, firming the skin, increasing circulation and decreasing inflammation.

The use of the gemstone jade plays a crucial role here, thanks to its ability to sustain a cool temperature, even when exposed to body heat.

The jade roller has 2 sides, the bigger side is suitable for face and neck massage, the small roller for the eyes. Gently push along skin and massage for 10 - 15 minutes, or heat in hot water to help aid absorption of skin cream.

Included is the package is a Gua sha scraper. Use the Gua Sha scraper at a 15 degree angle when moving from the centre of the face towards the hairline, then down the neck towards the collar bone.
