1. What's your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

2.. How long are shipping times?
Shipping times vary between 7-30 business days to the UK,15-31 business days to the USA and 23-42 business days internationally, however, there may be some delays due to COVID 19. For this reason, please allow up to 45 days for items to arrive. We will do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind, that some deliveries may arrive later due to the impact of the pandemic on postal services.
We provide tracking information so you will be able to keep track of your item from when it leaves the warehouse until it arrives at your door.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund, or we can exchange the item for something of a similar price within our store. 5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
